RESTORATIVE SOUND BATH—Nervous System Reset

Every Monday
6-7pm

Begin your week with a powerful nervous system reset. Every Monday evening we come together as community to experience the nourishing and deeply restorative effects of healing vibration through sound.

Relax in a comfortable and supportive space, while you immerse yourself in a sonic landscape created through the high-vibrational energy of crystal and therapeutic singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, drums, shakers, vocal toning, feathers, and more.

SACRED SUNDAY—Yoga Flow & Kirtan

Second Sunday of Every Month
10-11am

Gather the second Sunday of each month to honor our connection as a community in this devotional practice of flowing yoga poses and call-and-response kirtan singing.

In the yoga tradition, Ishvara Pranidhana is the observance of surrendering to a divine force or power greater than our own ego or intellect. When we surrender to the flowing (vinyasa) yoga practice it becomes a moving meditation that clears the mind and fosters deep presence within. It is then with this grounded presence, deeper knowing and spiritual connection that we join together in a musical experience that is both meditative and uplifting.

FEMFLOW—a somatic experience for women

First Friday of the Month
7-8:30pm
$40

The evening includes:

  • opening tea ceremony for setting intentions

  • breath and vocal toning

  • somatic movement practice for release and receptivity

  • rest and integration

  • optional energy healing from Taylor

  • closing circle for reflection and sharing
