TAYLOR BRANDON
ŌM Studio Owner
I am a fifth-generation Nevadan raising my three children in the Carson Valley. I am a yoga and dance instructor, a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist Practitioner with the Vibrational Sound Association, and an intuitive energy practitioner with a background in somatic and polarity therapy.
For more than twenty years, I have guided people through movement, sound, and embodied practices that support healing, self-discovery, and connection. My offerings include yoga, vibrational sound therapy, feminine embodiment, breathwork, old-style Native drum making, retreats, workshops, and private sessions. I believe that every person arrives with different needs, and every gathering is unique.
I approach every class from a "read the room" perspective, allowing each experience to unfold in response to the people who are present. I believe we are always changing and evolving, and that our practices should evolve alongside us. Whether through yoga, sound, rhythm, dance, or stillness, my intention is to create space for you to reconnect with yourself and remember the wisdom you already carry.
My path began with an early love of meditation, eastern philosophy, dance, music, and the natural world. Over the years, I have studied with respected teachers including Noah Maze, Schuyler Grant, Matt Phippen, and Devi Daly, while also completing extensive training in yoga, Yin Yoga, vibrational sound therapy, somatic and polarity therapy, and intuitive energy work. While these experiences have shaped my path, it is presence, deep listening, and genuine connection that guide every offering I share.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your own innate healing abilities, and live in greater harmony with yourself, others, and the rhythms of the natural world.
